Safeway Updates - Some Good Some Bad :(

First of all, the Just4You ecoupon site is now open for all Safeway Club Cardholders (not Von's that I know of).  You can go sign up here and you don't have to have your club card # just your phone number.  If you sign up now, they'll give you a FREE dozen eggs!  You can still load ecoupons and get specialized deals just for you..... but...
The bad news - no more stacking ecoupons and manufacturers coupons!  This is really a bummer!  I know it may not seem like a lot, but that's usually all I go to Safeway for!  So we'll see how this all plays out.  I noticed last week that a couple of my manufacturers coupons didn't stack and the register wouldn't accept them.
A little mor good news though... they have ammended their coupon policy regarding accepting other stores catalinas!  That's nice!  Hopefully they stick to it this time. 

Old Rule #9 Safeway will accept valid Catalina manufacturer coupon that is issued to a customer by another retailer only if such coupon is for a specific item.


New Rule #9 Safeway will accept valid Catalina manufacturer coupons that are issued to a customer by another retailer.

This means they should take them from other stores like Walgreens, Target, etc.  This does not mean "Store Coupons" like ECB's from CVS or +Ups from Rite Aid.  But, if they do take these, I'll use my Wags RR's to pay for things at Safeway instead because I have a hard time dealing with fillers etc there!
