How To Shop Sprouts

Staying healthy on a budget is not as hard as it sounds.  Especially if you have a Sprouts around!  Sprouts offers some great deals and there are several ways to maximize your savings there!

1.  Sprouts accepts manufacturers coupons {including printables} and they accept their own coupons.  You will need to sign up for their email list here .  They send out great coupons, including FREE item coupons!  You'll also want to check up at the registers for the Mambo Sprouts books!

2.  Shop on Wednesdays!!  Sprouts runs their ads from Wednesday - Wednesday so that means you get 2 ads worth of savings on 1 day!  Plus there is always a monthly ad so you're shopping 3 ads at 1 time!

3.  Print a $5/$40 coupon at Recycle Bank.  It only takes 50 points which is super easy to earn.  Just register and sign up for the Ebay green team or any of the other offers {that are all free} and you should get 50 points within minutes!

4.  Keep your eyes peeled while in the store.  You will often find peelies, tear pads and other coupons.  Plus, watch for the red "Managers Special" tags.  These are items they're trying to get out of the store and are usually priced extremely low!

5.  Bring your own bags every time you shop.  You'll receive a $.05 credit for each one!
