Ralph's is giving away free items on their web site every day this week at 3 p.m. Eastern time. You have to register your Ralph's card online to load the coupon for the free item. I suggest logging in at least 15 minutes early because the site gets overloaded. Then wait and refresh the page when it hits noon CA time. Even if you don't shop Ralph's, it's worth signing up to get the free stuff.
